Shipping policy


The following is our shipping policy where you can find answers to questions you have about shipping times and rates.

Order processing time

Once the payment has been credited, orders are prepared and dispatched within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders resulting in shipments being delayed, we will contact you via email.

Local pickups are available in the GTA.

 

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Rugs by Trin is not responsible for unanticipated shipping delays once shipped.

 

Duties, and taxes

Any import fees or taxes levied on orders are the responsibility of the customer. 

 

Damages and issues

All products are carefully packaged taking into account all the risks for breakage or deterioration while in transit. Rugs by Trin is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping provider within 24 hours with photos including the exterior and interior packaging, the shipping label, and the damaged item to file an insurance claim.
